A disclaimer is a short note shown under the start date field in the Subscribe card on the product page. Use it to set expectations about delivery timing, for example that your team confirms the date after the order is approved. It’s one of the Subscription strings under Languages, so you set it per language.

Add or edit the disclaimer

Open the language

Go to Languages and select Edit content next to your storefront language.

Enter the disclaimer

Under Methods > Subscription, enter your text in Disclaimer html. Plain text or basic HTML such as <b> works.

Enter the text in Disclaimer html, then Save.

Save

Select Save. Changes can take a few minutes to appear on the storefront.

What the customer sees

The disclaimer sits directly under the Start date field when the Subscribe method is selected, above the price summary.

The disclaimer sits under Start date in the Subscribe card.
