Admin blocks
Customer block
Shows the customer’s active cycles with their status and order on the customer page, alongside chips for their memberships, ID verification, and vaulted card. Links lead to their upcoming and past cycles, and to the customer in Supercycle.The block on a Shopify customer page, with a row per active cycle.
Customer risk block
Shows whether the customer completed ID verification for the cycles that required it, and lets you send them a reminder. It only appears when at least one of their cycles asked for verification.The Risk block on a Shopify customer page, with verification not yet started.
Order block
Lists every cycle on the order in a table, with its status and details and a link to the cycles in Supercycle.The block on a Shopify order page, with one row per cycle on the order.
Order risk block

Product inventory block
Shows Supercycle’s inventory for the product, one row per variant with uncommitted, on hand, on order, and total counts. Filter by visibility to see active, draft, sold, or retired inventory, and follow the links to the product’s cycles, items, or the product in Supercycle.Change the visibility filter to see Active, Draft, Sold, and Retired inventory.
Add an admin block

Open a customer, order, or product
In the Shopify admin, open a page of the type you want to add the block to, for example an order from Orders.

Add the Supercycle block
Scroll to the Blocks section at the bottom of the page, select + Blocks, and add the Supercycle block.

Pin the block
Select the pin icon on the block so it shows for all staff on every page of that type.
