Membership plans
For a customer to have a membership on your store they must subscribe to a membership plan. The membership plan contains settings about how the membership works. A store can have multiple membership plans.
You can add or update information about a membership plan such as its allowance, and purchase options from the Plans in Supercycle in your Shopify admin.
- From the Plans page, click Add plan.
- Click Save.
- Supercycle will create a Shopify membership plan product with the same title, which the customers will subscribe to.
After you've created a membership plan, you can edit them to change their allowance, purchase options, and other details.
- Click the name of the plan that you want to change.
- Modify the plan details.
- Click Save.
When you delete a membership plan, it's permanently removed from Supercycle. Deleted membership plans can't be restored.
A plan can only be deleted if no customers are currently on that plan.
To delete a membership plan
- Click the plan that you want to delete.
- On the plan details page, click Delete plan.
- Click Delete plan.
- This will also delete the membership plan product.
