To join a waitlist, just complete our waitlists form. Select the features you want early access to and answer a few quick questions. We’ll then reach out for feedback and loop you in when access is ready.
When signing up to a waitlist, we ask for some initial context about your use case and current workflow. This helps us prioritize and design the right solution.The more detailed your answer, the better. We’re looking for real-world context that helps us design and ship the right solution quickly, and understand the impact on your business.Guidance on what really helps us includes:
  • Your use case and why it matters: what you’re trying to achieve, and why this feature is important for your model.
  • How you do it today: your current workflow, tools you rely on, and any workarounds your team uses.
  • The cost of the problem: time spent, operational friction, staffing overhead, lost revenue, churn, or customer complaints it creates.
  • What’s broken or missing: where the current approach falls down, what’s hard to scale, and what’s most painful.
  • What “great” looks like: the ideal flow, must-haves vs nice-to-haves, and how you’d measure success.
  • Expected business impact: how this would help you grow faster (e.g higher conversion, bigger basket size, lower ops cost, better retention, fewer support tickets).
We may also reach out to arrange a short product interview to go deeper, walk through your process, and sense-check early designs.
