About Supercycle’s transactional emails
Supercycle has email notifications that are sent to the customer. Notifications are triggered by events, like a new return being requested, or credits being recredited.
Customer email notifications
These emails are sent to your customers when certain events occur:
Return requested
This email is sent when a customer requests a return.
Return approved
This email is sent when a return request is approved.
Return recredited
This email is sent when a return is recredited.
Return received
This email is sent when a return has been received.
Subscribed to plan
This email is sent when a customer subscribes to a plan.
Failed charge
This email is sent when a customer’s charge fails.
Editing email notifications
You can edit the wording of your notifications:
From your Shopify admin, go to apps then
Supercycle.
Go to Settings then
Languages
Click on the language you would like to change.
Under Customer mailers choose the email you would like to edit.
Edit the fields.
Click
Save
.
Preview email notifications
To preview an email notification:
From your Shopify admin, go to apps then
Supercycle.
Go to Settings then
Emails.
Hover over the email you want to preview and click
Preview.
Change the reply-to email address
You can change the reply-to email address of the email notifications your customers receive:
From your Shopify admin, go to apps then
Supercycle.
Go to Settings then
Emails.
Edit the Reply to address field.
Click
Save
.
The email will be sent from
noreply@notify.supercycle.com
. If you want to change this to a custom domain please get in touch.
