Everything you do to a product, from importing it into Supercycle to repricing its options in bulk.

Add a product

Products are created in Shopify and then imported into Supercycle, where they pick up their methods, options, and inventory.
1

Open Products in Shopify

Go to Products.
2

Select the products

In the products table, tick the products you want to import, then select More actions > Include in Supercycle.
The Shopify products index with two products ticked and the More actions menu open on Include in Supercycle

Include in Supercycle sits under Apps in the More actions menu.

3

Import the products

Review the products you’re about to import and select Import.
Imported products are set to Inventory not tracked in Shopify, and Supercycle takes over inventory management for them. Availability then comes from the items you hold in Supercycle.

Bulk update method options

Importing a CSV creates and updates method options across many products at once. To recalculate the prices of options that already exist, use a Liquid formula instead.
1

Select the products

On Products, tick the products whose options you want to create or update.
2

Open Bulk update options

Open the menu and select Bulk update options.
3

Choose the method

Select the method the options belong to: calendar, membership, subscription, or resale.
4

Download the template

Download the CSV template. It carries the columns the import expects.
5

Fill in the CSV

Complete one row per option. Values accept Liquid, so a name or a price can be calculated from the option’s own fields.
6

Upload and import

Upload the completed file and select Import. The options are created or updated on every selected product.
