Membership plan details
The details you provide for the membership plan affect the way the membership works for your customers.
The name of your plan that you want to display to your customers.
When using a membership, each plan you create has an allowance for how many rentals can be made within a specific time period. The allowance uses the credit system to determine if the allowance is credits or items.
The maximum amount of rental orders a customer can make within a given timeframe.
The maximum amount of rental returns a customer can make within a given timeframe.
The interval renewal for the max orders and returns.
Membership purchase options represent how the membership plan is sold. It can be configured with the interval and the amount. For example, a plan can be $10 a month billed monthly or £100 a year billed yearly.
Plan status determines if a membership plan is ready to be sold.
You can set the following statuses:
- Active: The plan details are complete and the plan is ready to be sold.
- Draft: The plan details need to be completed before it can be sold.
