Requirements for every migration

Complete these before starting any migration:

Import products

Import your product catalog into Supercycle. See Importing products.

Set up methods

Set up your methods: calendar, membership, subscription, or resale. See Methods setup.

Set up inventory

Import your inventory by CSV so every item is tracked and available for allocation.

Migrate on the old payment method

Available for Stripe, Authorize.net, and Braintree. You keep billing customers on their existing payment methods, so they don’t re-enter card details.

Import customers to Shopify

Import your existing customer records into Shopify.

Import payment methods to Shopify

Transfer the vaulted payment method tokens from your payment processor to Shopify. For Stripe, see Migrate from Stripe.

Import contracts and start billing

Import your subscription or membership contracts into Supercycle and start billing from Supercycle.
