The Operators MCP connects your preferred AI assistant to your Supercycle data. Query cycles, inventory, products, customers, returns, and charges in plain language, and take action on them, without leaving your AI chat. It authenticates with OAuth through your Shopify account and works with Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP-compatible client.

How it works

Read tools run without a prompt. Write tools ask for your confirmation before they change anything, and they need full OAuth access. A read-only connection can list and inspect data but can’t call write tools. With the Operators MCP connected, your AI assistant can:
  • Query. List and search cycles, fulfillment and receival queues, inventory, products, customers, returns, and charges.
  • Inspect. Get the full record for a cycle, fulfillment, receival, return, item, product, customer, or charge.
  • Check. See whether a product or variant is bookable for a date range, with conflicts and alternative windows.
  • Trace. Read the timeline of a cycle, return, customer, item, or charge to see what happened and when.
  • Act. Update cycles and items, create returns, reschedule shipments and returns, mark them fulfilled or received, and manage blocked dates.
  • Organize. Tag and comment on cycles, items, customers, and returns.
